Usability Testing (& possible wireframing) for B2B Product Launch
OVERVIEW: The purpose of this project is to conduct usability research with internal stakeholders and existing customers for a Client who is developing a new product - ultimately presenting findings and next step recommendations. The research will help the company understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of their customers and potential customers. The outcome of the research will be a findings report, with a prioritized list of recommendations. Additionally, 2 wireframe samples will potentially be created based on user interviews.
