Nurses, Personal Support Workers, Social Workers etc) interested in working in the hospice palliative care sector. The student(s) would be responsible for helping to plan event. Position Qualifications: Training in human resources management Interest in health care, knowledge of hospice palliative care is an asset Project management training or experience Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to work with cross functional teams and all management levels Highly motivated and takes initiative, while holding oneself accountable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated well-developed interpersonal skills Excellent organizational, time management and office management skills

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: FoundersBoost (a partner of Techstars) is a mentor-driven pre-acceleration program that runs for 6 weeks and we take no fees or equity from startups. PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET: We're looking for a team of academics who have a passion for research and also for eco-consumerism to help us build a recycling database for our app. Software? Nope! Just the content for it. KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES/TÂCHES ASSOCIÉES AU PROJET: Research all types of items that can be recycled and then write a description of each + general instructions of how it can be disposed. IDEAL ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES/RÔLES/RESPONSABILITÉS:* Please note appropriate projects can accommodate most students, regardless of field of study or experience. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Depths of Comfort platform is designed to give students and teachers an online tool to help grow social and emotional learning in schools. We are looking for students who are able to create videos (script provided) to act as part of our curriculum, and tell the story around the importance of developing social and emotional skills like: kindness, gratitude & empathy. The goal would be to create a video library that teachers can reference to share with their students. Videos will range between 30 seconds and 3-4 minutes.
