Billing Coordinator
The billing coordinator internship will help work in the accounts payable where they oversee the entire billing process. This includes invoicing customers and clients, tracking and collecting payments, and ensuring that all invoices are error-free and paid in full.
Business Analyst
The business analyst intern will help assess how different departments are performing and help them improve their processes and systems. They help conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business concerns and help to introduce these solutions to the team.
Bookkeeping and Accounting
The Accounting Intern will work with the accounting team to support them and assist in preparation of accounting entries, creation and distribution of reports, and reconciliation work.

The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How do students currently perceive our brand and marketing, based on publicly available information about our company? What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using? What budget is appropriate for advertising, given our goals? How could our messaging be updated to better explain our value proposition?

Project Management
We would like students to help us with managing current and future projects across the company in various departments. This project will entail communicating with managers, directly to ensure that projects are progressing.
General Marketer - Cannabis Industry
The primary focus for the student will be: Strategy - Develop an implementation plan for entering a new market for various for an e-commerce, licensed producers and cultivators; develop a go-to-market strategy; identify new funding and grant opportunities, write proposals. Operations - Recommend process improvements or redesign processes; develop improvements to supply chain processes; introduce quality assurance into our internal processes. Marketing - Complete a full customer, competitor, market, and environmental analysis; complete a marketing strategy review; design a new marketing strategy (product, place, price, and promotion), and social media content. Sales - Design a new/improved prospecting process for our sales team; design a new/improved pricing or service structure. Talent - Design a new/improved recruitment process; develop a diversity and inclusion strategy; design a new/improved employee engagement program.
